Ignite Creativity, Wonder, and Well-Being – with Julie Norton, LMFT
A session for the SC-CAMFT Santa Cruz Chapter of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Person-centered expressive arts combines the creative process and psychology to promote emotional growth and healing. Therapists can use our inborn desire to create as a therapeutic support to help initiate change, nurture well-being, and foster transformation. This session offers an opportunity to explore our relationship with creativity, wonder, and well-being, which can serve as a pathway to deep work with clients.
Please join Julie for this engaging and participatory session.
