 Call for Presentation Proposals

SC-CAMFT 2026 Continuing Education Event

Santa Cruz CAMFT invites proposals from qualified professionals to present at our 2026 Continuing Education (CE) event. We are seeking engaging, informative, and clinically relevant presentations that support the professional development of our members.

Requirements for Submission

  • Must be a licensed LMFT, LPCC,  LCSW in good standing.

  • Submit a completed PowerPoint presentation that outlines your proposed topic.

  • Provide a current resume/CV highlighting relevant experience and expertise.

Selection Process

  • If your proposal is selected for consideration, a CAMFT board member will contact you to schedule a 20–30 minute interview/presentation.

  • During the interview, you will have the opportunity to present your topic and slides.

  • Final presenters will be chosen based on topic relevance, quality of materials, presentation,  and alignment with CE requirements.

  • Once selected, presentation dates and times will be scheduled in coordination with the board.

Topics of Interest

We welcome proposals that address:

  • Clinical best practices

  • Emerging trends in psychotherapy

  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice

  • Innovative treatment approaches and modalities

  • Other
